The kettlebell features a durable handle with a quick-lock mechanism, allowing you to add or remove any of the 6 included cast iron weight plates.

Use the handle alone for light resistance work, or insert a combination of plates to get the resistance level you need. With a maximum load of 9kg, this variable weight kettlebell is ideal for beginners and fitness fanatics who like to switch up their training.

To adjust the kettlebell weight, simply turn the dial to unlock and slide in your desired number of plates. Once that's done, turn the dial to the 'lock' position and start lifting. Changing the weight takes only a few seconds, making this kettlebell ideal for back-to-back exercises that require different resistance levels.

Additional highlights include a curved, easy-grip handle as well as a rubberised base to protect floors and other surfaces. Storage is no problem, either. After your workout, simply slide in all the weight plates, lock the kettlebell, and stow it away.
