The XL Nugget punch bag from Morgan Sports is a great punch bag designed to be used in smaller spaces. Measuring 100 cm in height, 35cm in width and weighing approximately 32-35kg, this punch bag is great for cardio fitness training when only punching is going to be done.

Made from 850D ripstop vinyl and four nylon hanging straps and secured with strong D rings to hold the bags' weight and a stabilising strap at the bottom of the bag makes this a great home and studio bag. Filled with a premium blend of Australian-made fleece and cotton provides a dense and safe striking target.
