It was easy to assemble, just make sure you have 2 adjustable spanners. I have only tested it with 100kg. Even with 100kg and if you tighten the nuts and bolts fully, there is some wobble if you move the centre pole left and right. However, it does not detract from the functionality. I bought some of the "modern" cable attachments from ebay (different varying grips) and had a great workout with the pulldown and row. With the row function, I found that the whole machine will move despite having 100kg on it so make sure you put both heels at the bottom of the foot rest (folded up) before rowing. I put 2 spare plates on the ground behind the machine to prevent the plates grinding up the wall.
