  2. Eligible Retailers: Competitors must be Australian-based retailers (physical or online stores). Price matching excludes marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon), wholesale clubs, or third-party sellers.

  3. Price Proof: Customers must provide valid proof of the competitor’s price, which can include a live website link, an official flyer, or an advertisement. Prices must be available to the general public (not part of exclusive deals, member-only pricing, or coupon codes).

  4. Shipping Costs: The offer is only valid for product costs, shipping costs are not included.

  5. Exclusions: The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:

     • Clearance items
     • Limited-time promotions or flash sales
     • Out-of-stock products
     • Prices from auction or liquidation sites
       
       

  6. Price Beat Claim Window: Price beat requests must be submitted either:

     • Before purchasing from Fitness Hero
     • Or within 24 hours of the original purchase from Fitness Hero
       
       

  7. Store Credit Application: Customers will receive the price difference as store credit, applied within 24 hours after the claim is approved. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used on any future purchases across the whole website.

  8. Claim Process:

     • Simply email or text us and  provide valid proof of the competitor’s price, which can include a live website link, an official flyer, or an advertisement. 
     • The Fitness Hero team will verify the competitor’s price and contact you to finalize the claim. All decisions are final
