The 2-in-1 Torso Punch Ground and Pound Bag from Morgan Sports is a great dual-purpose training bag that can be used as a striking bag and can be transitioned into a ground and pound bag by tucking the D rings into their designated holding areas.

Manufactured using our 900D ripstop vinyl and filled here in Australia using premium cotton and fleece to create a denser impact zone, evenly balancing the bag during filling, creates a lifelike impact zone when punishing our bag.

The unique shape is advantageous for punching at angles, mastering body shots, and performing vicious ground and pound striking.

Durable nylon seat belt straps with stitched D-ring ensures that the punch bag can be used for all kinds of boxing and MMA training.
